Please provide the solution of the attached questions

Let t be original speed. Here distance is constant so Speed and time are inversely related.
25% increase means 1/4 increase hence time will decrease by 1/5 so,
1/5 t = 20 mins and hence t will be 100 mins so original time will be 100 mins.
