I had given the evening slot of CAT 2021. In the answer key, there was one VARC question as given in attachment
As per my comprehension and several others, both Option 2 and 3 seem correct. Kindly help in this regard and advise whether I should raise objection for this question.

Hi raghav, if you see the third paragraph of the passage, although not written as directly as the third option, the accuracy of both the clocks is discussed.
