Statement: According to a new research, it has been proved that people who walk at least half an hour a day are less prone to any heart ailments.
Conclusion:
I) Walking is necessary for leading a healthy life.
II) All people who do desk-bound jobs definitely suffer from heart ailments.

a) Only conclusion I follows.
b) Only conclusion II follows.
c) Either I or II follows.
d) Neither I nor II follows.
e) Both I and II follow.

Yes, I do agree Walking in the morning is the best thing to start your day. I have experienced the good impacts of Walking. Walking improved my metabolism, also helped me get rid of my excess weight. It makes you strong from the inside, improves your stamina and strength. Also, help in boosting your immune system. According to my me Walking is the best exercise one can start with.

A fantastic approach to exercise and stay in shape is to go for a walk. You can use the pressure points on your body to walk and release endorphins that will make you feel better and relieve stress. Another fantastic method of reducing stress is massage. Massage might be a terrific addition for a deeper release if you often walk.
